The Program
The Leadership Lab is designed to be an interactive, immersive experience for all participants. Four of the sessions will be virtual, held via Zoom for 90 minutes, and session 2 will be a half-day, in-person event. Each session will provide practical insights and tools that participants can immediately apply within their organizations. The program comprises of the following sessions:
Session I: Leadership Principles
In this kickoff session, we will explore foundational leadership principles, setting the stage for the program. Participants will engage in discussions about the common challenges leaders face and begin to cultivate the mindset needed to lead effectively.
Session II: Managing with Personality
This half-day, in-person session will delve into the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to help participants understand their own personality preferences, leadership strengths, and areas for growth. Managers will have a clearer understanding of how to adapt their leadership style to work more effectively with different personalities on their teams.
Session III: Create a Winning Culture
This session will introduce a framework for defining and fostering a strong, growth-oriented company culture. Participants will learn strategies to cultivate a culture that motivates teams and drives sustained business success.
Session IV: Recruit A-Team Players
Participants will explore proven strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent within their organizations. We will focus on how to recruit team members who align with the company’s vision and values.
Session V: Coaching to Elevate
Managers will learn how to provide constructive feedback, set clear performance expectations and develop their teams by helping individuals reach their full potential.

Full Access Package – $1,350 (early bird $1,100 if you register by February 14th)
This package grants participants complete access to all 5 Leadership Lab sessions, including the in-person and virtual workshops. It is designed for business owners and managers who want to build essential leadership skills and implement them effectively in their organizations.
Leadership Mastermind Package – $1,800 (early bird $1,500 if you register by February 14th)
This package includes everything from the Full Access Package, plus 3 additional mastermind sessions. These sessions are designed for participants to come together to discuss leadership challenges, share insights, and brainstorm solutions collectively. It's an opportunity to collaborate with peers, gain new perspectives, and receive group support on real-world leadership issues.
